Start the Day With Healthy Green Drink

A delicious superfood healthy green drink that is a great meal replacer for breakfast. Natural energy booster to keep a little pep in your step in the morning (and during those afternoon slumps).

Serves: 1-2

Ingredients

  • 2 big handfuls of Spinach
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 rib of celery
  • 1 thumb of ginger, peeled
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 apples
  • Ice (optional)

Preparation

In a blender, place all ingredients except optional ice cubes and blend until you get smooth texture.
Serve in your favorite wine goblet or other favorite glass of choice.

If desired, add ice cubes for a refreshing cold beverage.
